    Located just in front of the ski lifts, the hotel is a perfect place for winter sports lovers. the rooms are clean and well made with comfortable beds and bedding. the spa facility is great to relax after a long day of skiing. the breakfast is fabulous, with good variety and fresh brewed coffee. With ski in/ski out option and the possibility of renting ski and snowboards in the hotel, it's very convenient for enthusiastic skiers.

    I wish there were more options in the restaurant menu.

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-designed, especially the spa area. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

    This hotel is truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. the service provided was exceptional and responsive. the Spa & wellness centre was a great chance to relax and rejuvenate ourselves. the Indoor swimming pool was exceptional and the sauna was great. the spa lounge provided a perfect space to unwind. the location advantages were breathtaking, set in the mountains with beautiful views around. the calm and quiet environment provided us the perfect space to relax.

    The menu in the restaurant was quite high-priced, but the bar/lounge area was a great opportunity. the private facilities provided were truly exclusive that adds up luxury.

    The location of the hotel was ideal. It was close to the slopes and offered stunning views of the snowy mountains. the staff was very welcoming and friendly. the meals were scrumptious and the bar was well stocked.

    The room was small, cold and not cosy. the heating system was inadequate.

    What an incredible time we had during our city break in the mountains! The hotel was a great spot for us since we could ski right out of the door. The breakfast was included and it was fabulous. We loved the freshly-brewed coffee and the variety of choices available. the swimming pool was exceptional! We enjoyed it after a long day skiing.

    While we loved our stay, we had some minor issues with the sauna not being hot enough. However, it didn't really bother us as we mostly used the swimming pool instead.

    The service at Ambassadori was really good, just like in Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the staff provided great service. I want to give a special shoutout to Tornike from the ski equipment rental and Demetre from the reception - they made our family vacation comfortable. One particular instance that stood out was when we asked for wine glasses, and within minutes, they were delivered to our table. The warm feelings we have about Ambassadori make us certain that we will return.
